Uses structured sports competition to build character and discipline. Open to youths aged 10–30 across all 20 Lagos LGAs. Features coaching clinics, equipment supply, and LGA leagues leading to state finals.
eSports Development
Professionalises digital gaming to build strategic thinking, tech-literacy, and responsible online habits. Integrates digital ethics and talent scouting panels linking youth to formal gaming careers.
Leadership Academy
Offers structured modules on governance, civic rights, project management, and ethical decisions for youth aged 15-30. Graduates become COSEF Civic Ambassadors leading community-driven programs.
Skills Acquisition
Combats poverty and idleness by offering vocational modules in digital capabilities, tailoring, catering, and business management, supplemented by entrepreneurship mentorship schemes.
Volunteer Network
The engine of our grassroots outreach. Open to university students and professionals. Volunteers support school campaigns, manage communications, and organize Stakeholders Summits.
