Social Vices Prevention

COSEF's flagship programme addresses the most pressing anti-social behaviours threatening Nigerian youth. Through structured school campaigns, community summits, and the distribution of our handbook, we deliver evidence-informed interventions.

Drug Abuse Prevention

Educating students on chemical dependency in partnership with NDLEA.

Cultism Prevention

Exposing recruitment tactics of secret cults and resistance strategies.

Examination Malpractice

Teaching academic integrity and reversing educational compromises.

Cybercrime Awareness

Equipping youth with digital ethics to counter fraud glamourisation.

Programme Objectives:

  • Distribute The Poison Called Honey to at least 100,000 students.
  • Establish sustainable school clubs and anti-vice networks.

All 20 Lagos Local Government Area school boards reached with anti-social vices campaigns.

Thousands of copies of 'The Poison Called Honey' distributed directly to students.

Operational partnerships with Nigerian Police, EFCC, and NDLEA for co-facilitation.

Foundational Mandate

At the heart of COSEF's mandate is civic education. A citizenry that understands its rights, responsibilities, and the mechanics of governance is a citizenry capable of holding leaders accountable and driving national progress.

COSEF's Youth Empowerment programme recognizes that preventing social vices must be accompanied by offering young people positive, viable alternatives. We invest in young Nigerians' potential through leadership training, skills acquisition, and mentorship.
